EXCEPT THERE USED TO BE A LOT OF IN-FIGHTING FROM HOW HARD HE WOULD PLAY BUT THAT SEEMS TO HAVE FIXED ITSELF.

MOSTLY, HE'S ACTUALLY NOT AS ANGRY AS HE IS IN CANON--THIS IS MOSTLY BECAUSE WHILE HE IS ACTUALLY A WALKING SUICIDE-BOMB (I.E. GOSH THIS PLACE SUCKS SO MUCH, WHAT AM I EVEN DOING HERE, WHAT'S THE POINT, I'M MAKING MYSELF INTO A MONSTER, HOW CAN I GO BACK HOME AFTER THIS?!) HE DOESN'T REMEMBER THINGS LIKE OH... MOTHER SUICIDE AND NOT SAVING KYOUKO, WHICH ARE THE BIGGEST THINGS THAT BROKE HIM SO HARD IN CANON THAT THE ONLY WAY HE COULD FUNCTION FOR A TIME WAS TO BE ANGRY ALL THE TIME.

IN A WAY. THE WHOLE "IF EVERYONE SEES YOU AS TERRIBLE CLEARLY THAT HAS TO BE THE CASE THING". HE'S ACTUALLY BEEN DOING DECENTLY AT AVOIDING MARCH LATELY--EXCEPT THEN AMNESIA WEEK HAPPENED AND WHILE HE WAS STUCK WITH A PORTRAIT, HIS AMNESIAC'D TEAMMATES MADE NICE WITH CELESTE. H-HAHA............

MOOOOOSTLY, KYOU FEELS ALL BUT USELESS IN CANARY. HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT HIS ROLE IS CURRENTLY! EXCEPT, YOU KNOW, TO BE PARTNERED UP WITH DUCHESS BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WANTS TO DEAL WITH HER? AND FRANKLY, HE'S JUST GOING ALONG WITH IT BECAUSE HE'S TIRED OF FIGHTING AND HE FEELS BAD FOR DUCHESS, TOO. 8( IT'S A VERY AWKWARD TIME... BUT YEAH, MOSTLY, HE'S SEEING HIS TEAMMATES PARTNERING UP AND GOING OUT AND HE'S BEING TOLD TO STAY WITH DUCHESS (THE ONE MOST OF THEM HAVE DEEMED "CRAZY" AND "UNMANAGEABLE" TO SOME DEGREE (THOUGH KYOU NEVER REALLY HAS A PROBLEM WITH HER...???)) AND NOT GO OUTSIDE WITHOUT SUPERVISION BECAUSE HE'S TECHNICALLY THE WEAKEST ONE AND REFUSES TO USE THEIR PATRON'S POWERS EXCEPT MAYBE TO NEGATE HIS TEAMMATES' IF THEY GO OVERBOARD. SO IT... IT'S A BIT ON THE SIDE OF "OH, THIS IS A FAMILIAR FEELING" OF BEING ON OUTSIDE OF THE INSIDE SORT OF THING.

THE COMING BACK TO AMNESIAC TEAMMATES DID NOT HELP THAT SENSATION.

So how's Yukari doing?

But i don't want to so pretend that this is caps. anyway YUKARI IS DOING... REALLY WELL????? First of all she integrated super nicely with Copper Rose, which is honestly mostly Ticky's fault. The thing about Yukari is that she is really strongly shaped by her experiences, so when you take away her memories she's quite different. She has a lot more weaknesses than regular Yukari, the biggest being that she totally doesn't understand people. Basically Yukari never has any intuitive sense of how people work, she just seems to because her experience with people is SO FUCKING HUGE and her ability to recognize patterns is EX rank, so she basically is just able to sort of calculate what people are going to do. She actually has very low intuition (which is a thing that comes into play in canon at some point blah blah blah ANYWAY) and so without experience she is very lost?

But Copper Rose is pretty good about balancing her out. She has Ticky to tell her how the fuck people work and now she has Kengo to sort of serve as a morality balance, and then Gil she mostly uses as an outlet for her various crazy feelings because he has pretty much infinite capacity for being abused. And she recognizes that they are actually useful balances so she is like, cool, these will be my things. So now they are her things.

Anyway up until recently she has just been like, trying really hard to win without really thinking about/caring about what she would wish for? But recently she got a pretty big shock when she got 1) her memory of being in love with Yuyuko and 2) immediately afterwards her memory of Yuyuko committing suicide, which is the worst moment of her life. So that was a big shock to her and she's having something of a major existential crisis along the lines of "does the universe even deserve to exist or does it suck so much that it should just go away." And she's kind of considering that her wish might just be DESTROY EVERYTHING. The idea kind of appeals to her, because as a youkai she does have natural destructive urges. Regular Yukari sort of specifically overcame that destructive nature to become a more creative force, but amnesia!Yukari isn't there yet, although as she regains memories she will probably move in that direction eventually. I think for now she might be on kind of a dark swing for a bit. She tried to convince Gil to commit suicide with her and in general now she's very morbid.

But yeah, he'll miss Musica's stupidity and Cleo's steadfastness. I KNOW I HAVE BEEN A FLAKE LATELY but when we managed to thread, it was always very enjoyable ;o;/

YES :( because she did like Ace even if this liking manifested in... fussing over him. BE SURE TO EAT WHILE WE'RE GONE OKAY. she is also really worried that the team makeup once they're gone is... ace, with bern, blueberry, and junpei. so. ACE YOU CAN BE TEAM LEADER NOW I HAVE FAITH IN YOU.

Tbh she thinks of Ace as a petulant child who is run by emotions, as he made it pretty clear that he was. She doesn't really think of it as necessarily bad anymore, but it does make it hard to communicate with him and come to understand each other-she doesn't do emotions. She has been meaning to talk to him again to figure out more accurately where he's coming from, but... Yeah.

But going back to Macaron: the thing about Ace is that he's... a mess. Like, he's actually, originally, NOT someone who was so dominated by his emotions. Like, yes, he has a lot of emotions, but his pride is in his ability to wear a good Poker Face, canonly. The problem with Ace is that he comes from Sabra La Tau and then Thusia. So he's. a mental wreck. His mind is segmented and fractured thanks to a Judge in Sabra and so when a person speaks to him, it's like... dealing with three people trying to speak at the same time.

Not just that but Jinx, the person he was in Sabra La Tau, is a HIGHLY defensive and vicious personality because of what he went through in Sabra. Hooowever, while he's often highly reactive and explosive now, when he's SERIOUS about something, he goes deadly quiet. :'D;; SO YES, I ENCOURAGE THE TRYING AGAIN WITH THIS TALKING THING. S-She just. hit the wooooorst buttons that time.

BUT BACK TO JD. ACE ACTUALLY LIKED HER 8( Thankfully, Ace is the type of person to not judge people based on their team. Though with Celeste and Cardinal, he is a bit more wary.

(MOSTLY, A LOT OF IT IS BECAUSE I'VE NOT BEEN AROUND AND HE HASN'T TALKED ABOUT IT TO ANYONE! 8D;;;)

Heeee does feel like wanting to cling onto Hatter some but is kind of at that point with his development that he's. trying to deal with things himself. '-' Can handle this. No. Clearly, the others need more support. I mean, I haven't even died outside of games yet. You go do whatever it is you're doing with Yukio and idk Rin and Rabbit. '-' (Reasons Kyou kept going off on his own when he was told not to...)

Hatter's actually trying to give Kyou space \o/...

More and more Hatter's getting memories that tell him he can't protect his important people from everything, and he knows how much it bothered Kyou to have him overreacting at every little thing, so he's withdrawing intentionally! He wants to not be the reason Kyou always feels so pushed to do terrible things or absolutely avoid being hurt no matter his actual feelings on the situation. BUT IT'S ALSO REALLY HARD FOR HIM NOT TO HOVER AND GUARD-DOG IT'S REALLY REALLY HARD.

So basically yes cling to him he'll cling right back.

and he is pretty miserable! He's trying really hard to be good, as best he understands how. Doesn't want to make Coyote sad!!! The amnesia event fucked him hard because he made a bunch of friendships and was generally moe as fuck, and he has this massive loathing for Fang that he's decided Fang was entirely Not Him even though you know it's his amnesia self. But it especially fucked him up because then in the sexy candyland game he had to screw Yukio, who Fang befriended and was massively deredere at, and so much internal conflict so much.

And now he's busy going NO IT'S GOOD IT'S A GOOD GAME I WON why are you all upset with me for playing i wanted pats and praise i won u thing :( :( i won u tthiiingggg :( it's all i'm good for!!! :(

HOW'S MIYOKO DOING?

THE ONE ADVANTAGE TO MIYOKO is that you can take him anywhere, throw him into the darkest trauma, and he will still be busy worrying about whether you're getting eight hours sleep and a proper meal and HAVE YOU BRUSHED YOUR TEETH.

He feels very @_@ he amnesiac traumatized some babbies by existing AND REALLY WOULD LIKE TO GROVEL FOREVER FROM A SAFE DISTANCE but since that doesn't help much he's going to try and work out a way to fix this!1!!! or carry a really long stick and demand everyone measure 10 yards distance from him at all times.

He's feeling a little disconnected from his team but he does love them a lot!! saffrons!! so he'll get back into the groove there ASAP.
